This chef knife is a slightly modified design of my popular NewGeneration series of chef's knives. The tip has considerably been redesigned for a more heavy application, as one would find in a camp kitchen or in your garden cottage. We are still maintaining a sharp tip, with less flex. The blade shape is such to accommodate a variety of cutting styles. Well balanced and efficient in ones hands. Other sizes and handle material options are available.
